Four systems are live and handling real operations. Three are in development and labelled as such — nothing here is described as shipped before it is.
Luferion is the studio’s flagship product and its longest-running build: an interactive, game-adjacent platform developed and operated in-house rather than for a client. It is live at luferion.com, and it is where the studio does its most open-ended engineering — the place new patterns get proven before they show up in client systems.
VanTari is a multi-clinic management platform used by working clinics. It carries a patient from the moment they take a queue number through consultation, dispensary and billing, with WhatsApp automation handling the reminders and follow-ups that would otherwise sit on a receptionist’s desk. It was built against how clinics actually run — several sites, shared records, and staff who cannot stop to fight the software.
RetroSuit is a restaurant ERP and point-of-sale system deployed at a live restaurant, where it handles day-to-day operations: orders on the floor, the kitchen queue, stock, staff and the end-of-day numbers. It runs during service, which is the only real test a POS gets — every design decision in it was settled by a dinner rush rather than a spec document.
A restaurant website with online ordering, built and deployed for an operating F&B business in Bangsar. Menu, ordering flow and the customer-facing storefront were designed around a small kitchen taking real orders — fast to load on a phone, and simple enough that the owner can keep the menu current without calling anyone.
Atlas is an application for gyms, covering member management, scheduling and tracking. It is early in development and the scope is still being shaped with operators, so the shipped feature set is not settled yet.
Howling is a sales pipeline management system — tracking deals through their stages and keeping the follow-up work visible instead of scattered across inboxes. It is currently in development.
Mnemosyne is a video editing assistant, named for the Greek Titan goddess of memory. It is aimed at the slow, repetitive part of editing — finding the right take, remembering what was already cut — with the goal of making the work faster and more intuitive. In development.
