What this site is for

This site describes the studio's work and services, and provides a way to get in touch. The content is provided for general information. It is not an offer, a quotation, or professional advice, and nothing on it forms a contract.

Enquiries are not engagements

Submitting the build request form or the general enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige the studio to take on the work. Any engagement begins only when a separate written agreement covering scope, timeline, fees and terms has been agreed by both sides — and that agreement, not this page, governs the work.

Accuracy of content

The studio takes care to keep this site accurate, in particular the status of each project shown on the work page. Projects are marked Live only where they are deployed and in production use, and In development where they are still being built. Descriptions are kept general where the details are a client's to share.

Even so, the site is provided as it is. The studio does not guarantee that the content is complete, current, or free of error, and does not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, design, code and the Hourglass Technology name and mark — belongs to Hourglass Technology unless stated otherwise. You may view it and print or download extracts for your own reference, but you may not republish, redistribute or use it commercially without written permission.

Product names, logos and marks belonging to clients and to third parties remain the property of their respective owners, and appear here to identify work the studio has carried out.

Third-party links

This site links to other websites, including projects the studio has built. Those sites are not under the studio's control, and the studio is not responsible for their content, availability, or their handling of your data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, the studio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit false information, or another person's details, through the forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system
• Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site's normal operation
